The Company has expertise in project consenting and delivery within multiple consent regimes. including the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, Development Consent Orders (DCO) for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects under the Planning Act 2008, Hybrid Bill, Transport and Works Act 1992 and the Planning (Listed Building and Conservation) Act.
